Our Project Workflow


Here is an intro to our standard project workflow. We will of course adapt the process to match your needs. For those of you that select the Do-it-Yourself license we recommend adapting a similar workflow to the one shown below.

Step 1: Workshop

We start out with review and discussion your training needs and current training programs. You tell us what works and where you want improvement. We give feedback based on our experience with training in VR. After our review we assess and prioritize the training programs which could give better results in VR and agree on the programs to start with.

We use our extensive gaming experience to rework the selected courses to an immersive and interactive training format. We present the immersive training suggestions in a combination og storyboards and workflows depending on the course. For complex hard-skills training flow charts are often the best way to present them to get alle the details. While soft-skills are often best represented in storyboards and manuscript format. Your team get plenty of time to review and comment on the storyboards/workflows.

Step 2: Storyboards

Step 3: Build

During the storyboard phase our project manager will work with you to collect all files and assets needed for the training programs so that the build phase can start immediately after approval of storyboards/workflows. Setting up your training courses in Cloudberrie is quick so there will no be long to wait to test it out in VR.

Step 4: Finalize

Storyboards and workflows are great, but nothing beats the immersive experience. We expect iteration during your pre-deployment testing. That is no problem. With Cloudberries built in Content Management System (CMS) we can make most changes in minutes during testing so you can check it out right away.

No customer is the same, so a cookie-cutter deployment plan will not work. We listen to your needs and start planning deployment of your VR training set-up after our first workshop. Together we go through iterations of the strategy until we have plan that will work for you and your employees. We work with your IT or consultants to make sure everything works on the ground. Cloudberrie works with standard VR equipment, so replacements are always easy to get if a coffee cup tips over and floods a device :-)
